Aplab Ltd.

Our place is in Malad West, Mumbai. We are in the Vijay Kesar building, B/601, in the Bhandarwada area. It’s near the Dhiraj Ganga Society, which is how most people find us. Mumbai is always fast-paced and it feels that way in the office too. We do a lot of technical work, maybe some testing or lab-related tasks since we are Aplab. The space is a bit tight, like most offices in Mumbai, but we’ve organized it well. From the window, you can see the other buildings and the busy streets below. When it rains during the monsoon, the whole area gets very damp, but we keep the equipment dry. We have a lot of instruments and gadgets sitting around on the benches. It’s not a place for someone who likes a perfectly clean desk. There is always some project being tinkered with. We get our lunch from the local places nearby or bring it from home. The commute can be long for some of the staff, so we start the day whenever everyone manages to get through the traffic. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or a lounge area. We just have our tools and our desks. Being in Malad makes it easy to stay connected with the rest of the city’s industrial hubs. It’s just how we work here every day.
