Sayani Radiotel Advertising

Being located on the 2nd floor next to the Regal Cinema in Colaba is definitely interesting. We can always hear the people outside and the general buzz of the city. Sayani Radiotel Advertising is our little operation here. The building is one of those older ones with high ceilings and a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a challenge if you’re carrying heavy things. We mostly work on radio advertisements and other small promotional bits. It’s a lot of sitting around and discussing scripts or listening to audio recordings over and over. Colaba is such a busy place with all the tourists and locals heading to the movies. Sometimes we just stand by the window and watch the traffic go by for a few minutes. Our office isn't very large and it is filled with all sorts of old recording equipment and stacks of papers. It’s not a polished space by any means. We have a small table where we sit and eat our lunch most days. The breeze from the ocean sometimes reaches us if we have the windows open, which is nice. We aren't trying to be some big agency. We just do our work and talk to our clients on the phone. Most of the people we work with have been coming to us for years. It’s a comfortable routine and we like being in this part of town. It feels right.
