Our shop, Sapphire Mobile Phones & Accessories Private Limited, is tucked away in the Orchid City Center. To find us, you have to head up to the second floor, which some people call the Iind floor here, to Shop B-2. It is right across from the Mumbai Central East bus depot, which is always busy and loud. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how hectic it can get with all the buses and people rushing around to catch their rides. We’ve been here for some time now, just dealing with mobile phones and all the small things that go with them like chargers and screen guards. It’s not a huge fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a regular place where we try to keep things organized. Most days, we are busy unpacking new stock or helping someone figure out why their phone isn't working right. The Orchid City Center building has a lot of shops, but we are easy to spot once you get to the right level. Being near the Best Bus Dpot means we get a lot of people just passing through on their way home. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cramped when too many people come in at once, but that’s just how it is in this area. We usually have the radio playing in the background or are just chatting with the neighbors in the next unit. It’s a simple setup, nothing too complicated, just us doing our thing.
