Sapat & Co (Bombay) Pvt. Ltd. is located in unit 201 of the TV Industrial Estate. This part of Worli, specifically along S.K Ahire Marg, is always humming with activity. The building is one of those solid, old industrial structures where you can hear the sounds of other businesses working through the walls. To get to our place at 248-A, you have to navigate through the trucks and delivery vans that are always parked downstairs. Once you get up to the second floor, things are a bit more focused. Our space is filled with the usual office stuff—computers, old ledgers, and plenty of chairs that don't quite match. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone trying to make the place look like a magazine cover. It’s just us working through our daily lists. The air conditioning works most of the time, but on the really hot Mumbai days, we definitely feel the heat. We get our mail delivered in a big bundle every afternoon and someone has to sort through it all on the main table. There’s a lot of history in a place like this, and you can feel it in the dusty corners and the way the floors are worn down in the hallways. It’s a straightforward setup for a company that’s just trying to get things done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here for years.
