Our office is in the Venus Suncity complex, specifically in unit A 703. We are located right on Adi Shankaracharya Marg in Powai, which is a busy road that always seems to have some construction going on. Saneesh Consulting Private Limited is the name we use, but the office itself feels very much like a regular apartment. We’ve set up our desks in the main room and turned one of the smaller rooms into a place for storage and files. The view from the seventh floor is okay, mostly looking at other tall buildings and the street below. We get a lot of light during the day, which helps keep us awake. It’s a small team, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There is no dress code here; we usually just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting in front of a screen for eight hours. The kitchen is always stocked with tea bags and biscuits. Sometimes the building has maintenance work on the elevators, and we have to wait a bit longer than usual to get upstairs. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. You just come up, ring the bell, and we’ll let you in. It’s a low-key environment where we focus on our consulting projects without much distraction. The location is handy because there are plenty of shops nearby if we need to grab something quickly. It’s just a normal, working space in town.
