Sandeep Bhosale

I’ve been running things here at 16A Mazgaon for a good while now. The Rocha Building on Castle Street has its own character, you know? It's right there on Brigade Road, which is always busy. People walk past all day, and sometimes the noise from the street drifts up, but we’re used to it by now. My name is Sandeep Bhosale and this is just where I set up shop to handle the daily work. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers usually. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so I end up taking the stairs, which is okay for the legs I guess. Most of the folks around here know where to find me. We get a mix of regulars and people who just saw the sign and walked in. It’s a practical space. I spend most of my mornings sorting through what needs to get done before the afternoon rush starts. The weather gets pretty humid around here, so the fan is always going. If you’re looking for the Rocha Building, it’s not hard to spot once you’re on Castle Street. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do. It’s a simple way of working, without any big fuss or complicated systems. Just me and the work that comes through the door every day.
