Samarth Exports

Samarth Exports operates out of Plot No. B-203 in the Akme Amai building in Goregaon East. It's an office-based setup, mostly dealing with paperwork and phone calls. We spend a lot of time coordinating things. Exporting isn't as glamorous as it sounds. It’s a lot of checking lists, making sure the labels are right, and talking to shipping agents. We have a small team here. The desks are covered in folders and stamps. Outside the window, you can see the busy streets of Goregaon. It’s a fast-paced area, but inside we try to keep things organized. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We're a small outfit that keeps the wheels turning. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to figure out why. That’s just part of the job. We don't have a big showroom or products on display because everything is moving through the supply chain. We focus on the logistics. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we've been doing this long enough to stay calm. We eat lunch at our desks most days. It’s just how we work. We don't put on any acts for anyone. We just handle the shipments and make sure the documents are in order for the next day's work. It's a quiet but busy office. We usually turn the AC off right at five.
