Saisidhi Clinic

We are over in Vakola. Our clinic has been here for quite some time now, and most of the people who live nearby know exactly where to find us. It’s not a huge place, just a simple office where people come when they have a cough or need their blood pressure checked. The waiting room has a few chairs that have seen better days, and there is usually a stack of old newspapers on the side table. In the mornings, it can get pretty crowded, especially when the weather changes and everyone seems to catch a cold at once. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a computer system that does everything. It’s mostly just us writing things down in files and talking to the patients who walk in. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people heading to work, but once you step inside, it’s a bit quieter. We see a lot of the same faces every month. It’s nice knowing the families around Vakola and seeing the kids grow up. We just try to keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone gets seen by the doctor. It’s a lot of long hours, but that’s just how it goes when you run a local clinic. We aren't trying to be anything big, just a place for health help in the neighborhood. It’s honest work and we do our part every day.
