We’ve been here in Borivali West for a while now, right across from Don Bosco High School in the Siddhivinayak Society. It’s just a small place on M K Road where we handle the usual physical therapy stuff. Most people come in because they have a back ache or maybe they twisted an ankle playing sports. We have the basic equipment set up in the rooms here. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud since we are so close to the school, but it’s a convenient spot for the neighbors. My cousin helped me set up the front desk when we started. It isn't anything fancy, just a few mats and some machines to help people move better. We usually see a lot of elderly folks from the society who just want to walk without pain. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the current ones do the job for now. I spend most of my day here checking on patients and making sure the towels are clean. Usually, it's just me and one other person helping out. We don't have a big fancy waiting room, just a couple of chairs where you can sit and wait your turn. If you live around Borivali, you’ve probably walked past our sign a hundred times already. It’s a quiet enough routine most days. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk. That’s just how it goes.
