Sai Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is located at Shop No-15 in Shanti Apartments, which is right across from Atul Tower on Mathurdas Extension Road. Being in Kandivali West, we get a lot of people who are always in a rush to catch the train or get to work. The clinic itself is on the ground floor, which is helpful for the patients who find it hard to climb stairs. It is a small shop space, but we have managed to fit in three treatment tables. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when all the tables are full and there are family members waiting too. We have been here for a few years and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s clean and does the job. Most of the people who live in Shanti Apartments know us by now. We see a lot of office workers who sit at desks all day and end up with terrible posture and neck pain. We use a lot of heat packs and some basic electrical machines to help with the swelling. The street outside can get very noisy with the auto-rickshaws honking, so we usually play some low music to drown it out. It isn't a high-end medical center, just a local clinic where we try to help neighbors get back to their daily routines. We open early in the morning for the people who want to finish their session before heading to the office. It is a simple life and a simple practice.
