Sai Physiotherapy Clinic

Sai Physiotherapy Clinic is tucked into Shop No 3 of Building 59, which is called Shubh Sadan. We are in the Tilak Nagar area of Chembur. A good way to find us is to look for the Noble Chemist and the Municipal School; we are pretty much midway between the two. It’s a small shop, not much bigger than a living room, but we have all the tables and bands needed for exercise. Most of our patients are folks from around Chembur who have stiff necks or are recovering from some kind of surgery. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop, but we have a fan that keeps the air moving. You can hear the kids playing at the school during recess, which adds a bit of life to the place. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or any fancy water dispensers. It’s just a place where you come to do the hard work of moving your limbs again. We see people of all ages, from kids who hurt themselves playing sports to older people who just want to walk to the market without pain. We take things one day at a time here. If you need a session, you just call or drop by. We are just a local spot trying to help the neighborhood stay mobile. We don't overcomplicate things; we just focus on the exercises and getting you moving.
