Saha Speciality Food

Saha Speciality Food is located at Plot No-556, Block No-D/17 in Sector 5 of Charkop. This is right in Kandivali West, which is a very busy industrial and residential mix. Our unit isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. There’s always some kind of food being processed or packed here. The sector can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We have a lot of crates and boxes stacked up near the entrance. The machines make a steady hum throughout the day. We have a small team of people from around the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate office; it’s a working floor. We wear our aprons and hairnets and just get the work done. Kandivali West has changed a lot, but this corner of Charkop stays pretty much the same. There’s a tea stall nearby where we take our breaks. We don't have a marketing department or anything. We just focus on the orders we have for the week. The floors are washed down every evening, which is the most important part of the day. It’s a lot of repetition, but that’s the nature of food specialty work. We’ve been in this plot for a while now. Most people around here know us as the Saha crew. It’s just honest work in a busy part of Mumbai where everyone is trying to make a living.
