Sagar Tiles

Our shop is at 41 Bhora Street in Pune. We are located inside Ashok Niwas, which is right near the Utsav Hotel. Most people know the hotel, so it makes finding us a lot easier. The shop is filled with stacks of tiles in all sorts of colors and sizes. It’s a heavy job, moving those crates around every day. We usually have dust on our clothes by the time we go home. We don't have a polished showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a practical place where you can see the actual stock we have. People come in with their kitchen or bathroom measurements and we help them figure out what will work. Pune gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the big shutters open to let the air in. Bhora Street is always crowded with delivery trucks and people walking by. We’ve been in Ashok Niwas for years and we know the other shopkeepers around here. Sometimes we sit outside on a crate when things are slow. We don't do any big promotions. We just sell tiles to people who need them for their homes. It’s hard work and the floor is usually a mess of stone chips, but we like what we do. If you are looking for us, just head toward the Utsav Hotel and look for the stacks of stone near the door. We will likely be inside shifting boxes around.
