Saad Food Enterprise

Saad Food Enterprise is located right near the Delhi Gate. If you are walking around that part of town, you can usually smell what we are doing before you even see our sign. It’s a busy spot with a lot of people passing through every hour. We’ve been set up here for a while now, and our days are mostly spent in the kitchen area. There is always something bubbling on the stove or being prepped on the counters. It’s a small enterprise, so everyone does a bit of everything. We don't have a big dining hall or anything like that. Most of what we do is focused on getting the food ready and out the door to customers. The heat in the kitchen gets pretty intense, especially in the middle of the day, so we keep the doors open as much as we can to catch a breeze. Being near Delhi Gate means there’s never a quiet moment. We see all sorts of people walking by, from locals doing their shopping to people just passing through the city. Our equipment is old but it works well for us. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations; we just focus on the food we make. It’s a bit chaotic during the lunch rush, with boxes being stacked and orders being shouted out, but we like the energy. It’s just a normal food business in a very old part of the city. We keep things moving.
