S L Raheja Hospital

If you’re ever near the Mahim Railway Station, you’ve probably seen S L Raheja Hospital. We are located right on Raheja Rugnalaya Marg in Mahim West, so it’s a very busy spot. You can hear the trains arriving and the general roar of the station all day long. I’ve worked here for a few years and I’m still not quite used to the noise, but it’s just part of being in Mahim. Being so close to the station means we get a lot of foot traffic. People are always rushing past on their way to work or coming in because it’s a convenient location. The hospital itself is a bit of a landmark in this area. It’s a functional place, not one of those fancy hospitals with art and soft music. We have the usual sounds of a hospital—beeping machines, people talking in the hallways, and the occasional rattle of a trolley. It’s a very real environment. We don’t use any marketing speak or try to sound like a big corporation. We’re just a bunch of people doing our jobs in a busy part of Mumbai. Some days are long and tiring, but we just keep at it. The staff is local, and we all know the best places to get a quick tea during our break. It’s a grounded, honest place to be, and we just handle things as they come every single day.
