You can find us at Mittal Court on DJ Road. Ruchi Group isn't some giant corporation with glass walls and silent hallways. We have a lot of stuff going on at once and the office usually has papers stacked everywhere. It’s a busy building and we’ve been in room 506 for a good few years now. Dealing with different clients means the phones are always buzzing. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful trying to coordinate everything, especially when people are out sick or the internet goes down. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and keep things moving. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, usually just getting something from the stalls downstairs. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls day in and day out. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our daily tasks and making sure our partners are happy. The commute to DJ Road can be a pain in the neck with the traffic, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this building while we’ve stayed put. It’s a practical way of working, no big speeches or fancy meetings. Just a bunch of us trying to get through the to-do list before the sun goes down. We value the relationships we've built over time without making a big deal out of it. It’s just a normal office life for us and we like the steady pace.
