Roshni Eye Hospital

We’ve been here in the Shilpa Building on the first floor for quite a while now. Juhu Lane is always busy, so finding us isn't too hard once you get into Andheri West. It's a bit of a walk up the stairs, but we see people from all over the neighborhood coming in. Mostly, it's just folks needing their eyes looked at or kids getting their first pair of glasses. We try to keep things moving because nobody likes sitting in a waiting room for hours. The traffic outside can be a bit much sometimes, but inside it’s usually just the sound of the machines or someone reading out letters from a chart. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular hospital setup where we do our work every day. People stop by after work or before picking up their groceries nearby. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the regulars who walk past. It feels like a part of the local scenery here in Andheri. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit messy, but that’s just how it is. We spend our mornings setting things up and then it’s just one patient after another until we close up for the evening. It’s a steady routine. We don’t have those big flashy signs, just the name on the door and the work we do. It’s been this way for years, and we just keep going.
