Rosana Tools

We have been working out of this spot at New Empire Industrial Estate for quite a while now. It is tucked away on Kodivita Lane in Andheri East, which most people know is a pretty busy part of the city. We mostly deal with tools and the daily grind of keeping things running for our customers. The building is B/43, and honestly, finding a parking spot here on a Monday morning can be a real headache, but we make it work. Most days you’ll find us just sorting through inventory or talking to folks who stop by looking for something specific. It isn’t a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get the job done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our shop stays mostly the same. Being in an industrial estate means there is always noise from neighbors and trucks coming in and out. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists.
