Rohit Parmar & Associates is located in Flat 503 of the Vastu Shilp Building. We’re right on Rajmata Jijabai Road, near the Pump House in Andheri East. It’s a typical Andheri office—busy, a bit crowded, and always full of files. Since we are in a residential building, it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile corporate office. We have files stacked up in almost every corner because we’ve been here so long. Rohit and the rest of the team handle a lot of legal stuff, tax filings, and general consulting. It’s the kind of work where you have to be really careful with the details. We spend most of our time sitting at our desks, typing away or talking to people on the phone. The building has seen better days, and the lift is sometimes temperamental, but it’s our base. We get a lot of people from the neighborhood coming in with their messy paperwork. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people just know us from being around for so many years. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We start early and often stay until the building gets quiet in the evening. There’s always another form to fill or a client to call back. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything in order for folks.
