We are located at JJT House, A 44/45 on Road No.2 in the MIDC area of Andheri East. This is a very industrial part of Mumbai, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the air. Our building is a solid, practical place where we handle our chemical and dye business. It is not the kind of place where you find fancy decorations or art. We have labs and offices all mixed together. The hallways are often filled with the smell of whatever we are working on that day. It is a big operation, but we try to keep things grounded. We have a lot of people coming in and out, from scientists to delivery drivers. Road No.2 can get very jammed during rush hour, so we are used to the noise of horns and engines. We do not really go for the corporate polish. Our focus is on the colors and the chemicals. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time and they know the ropes. We just get on with the job. It’s a lot of technical work and making sure everything is measured correctly. We do not have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have our schedules and our logs. It is a busy, hardworking atmosphere where we value getting the work done right. That is just how life is in the MIDC. We take each day as it comes.
