Our center is situated at 559/1 Riddhi Vinayak Temple Lane, which is quite close to N.H. High School on S.V. Road. If you live in Malad West, you probably know how crowded this part of town gets, especially during school hours or when there’s a lot of traffic on the main road. Being Riddhi Vinayak Critical Care & Cardiac Centre means we are right in the thick of it. The building itself is easy enough to spot if you are looking for the temple lane. Inside, we have our hands full with all sorts of heart-related cases and critical care needs. It’s a lot of monitoring screens and the steady sound of machines. The space isn't overly decorated because we need room for the equipment and for the staff to move around quickly when an emergency comes in. It gets pretty loud outside with the horns and the school kids, but once you step inside, the focus is entirely on the patients. We’ve got a team that stays pretty busy, and sometimes the waiting room gets a little full, but we try to manage the flow as best as we can. Living and working in Malad means you get used to the fast pace. We aren't trying to be the flashiest hospital in Mumbai, just a reliable place where people can come when their health takes a turn for the worse. We just keep doing what we do.
