Richygold International

Richygold International is located at 2 Krishna Niwas in Borivili West. It’s a pretty standard building in a busy part of the suburbs. We are on one of the lower floors, so we see everyone coming and going from the building. The office isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few printers that we’ve had for years. Borivili is always moving fast, so there’s always a bit of a rush feeling when you step outside. Inside, though, we try to keep things steady. We do a lot of paperwork and international coordination, which means we are often dealing with different time zones. Sometimes the phone rings at odd hours. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a person in a suit greeting people. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us leaning over a keyboard or talking on the phone. We’ve been at Krishna Niwas for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the street outside. Lunch is usually something we order from the local shops nearby. It’s a basic operation, nothing too flashy. We just focus on getting the shipments and the documents sorted out correctly. It’s a lot of detail work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We’re just a small team trying to make things work in a crowded city. It’s hard work, but we find it rewarding enough.
