This place is out at C-4, S.No. 12, near Nandedgaon Road, right by the Savali Dhaba. It’s near Nanded Phata on Mallappa Hill, which is quite a way out from the main city centers. Because of the location, it is much quieter here than in the heart of Mumbai. We don't get the same kind of foot traffic you’d see in a bazaar. Instead, we have a bit more space to breathe and work. The area is still developing, so there’s often construction noise nearby, but mostly you just hear the trucks going by on the road toward the dhaba. We spend our time managing the daily tasks that come with running a small business from this spot. It involves a lot of sitting at the desk, making lists, and keeping track of the local deliveries. Sometimes we walk over to the nearby shops to get what we need for the day. It’s a practical location for us because it’s not as cramped as the inner city. The light in the mornings is really nice coming over the hill. We don't have a fancy storefront or anything like that, just a regular door and a sign. Most of the people who come here are looking for something specific and they usually call ahead. It’s a steady pace of work without too much stress. We like the fact that it feels a bit more removed from the chaos, though we still have plenty to do to keep things running.
