If you find yourself near Chembur Naka, you’ll probably see the Shubham Atlanta building. We are up on the fifth floor, occupying offices 503 and 504. Synergies Development & Sourcing has been operating out of this spot on R.C. Marg for some time. It’s a decent building, usually quite busy with people coming and going from all the different offices. Our space is functional. We deal with a lot of sourcing work, so there are always files and catalogs lying around on the tables. The view from the fifth floor isn't much, just the rooftops and the traffic down on the road, but it’s home for us during the day. We don't really go in for those polished corporate speeches. Mostly, we’re just talking to suppliers on the phone or sitting through meetings about production timelines. Chembur is a central enough place, so getting here isn't too bad for the staff. We share a laugh when the elevators get crowded or when the local food joints get our lunch orders wrong. It’s a professional environment but in a very grounded way. We don't have a massive HR department or a gym in the office. It’s just a place where we put in the hours and try to keep our clients and suppliers on the same page. We've got a couple of cabins and a main area where most of the desk work happens. It’s simple and it works for our small team.
