It is a very busy and crowded part of Mumbai, but we like it that way. There is always something going on right outside our doors. RIAZ TALUKDAR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is just a regular company working out of this spot. The compound has a lot of history and a lot of different businesses all working side by side. Our space is functional and plain. We don't have a lot of extra room for fluff. We just have our equipment and our workspace. It can get a bit hectic around Gate 7 with deliveries and people moving back and forth, but you learn to navigate it quickly. We’ve been here for a while and we are used to the noise and the pace of Malwani. It's a real place with real people working hard. We don't try to look like anything we aren't. We just show up every day and do what's on the schedule. The 400095 area is our home and we're happy to be doing our business here. It’s not a fancy corporate park, but it’s where we get the real work done. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. Sometimes we grab lunch from the stalls nearby and it’s always better than anything you’d get in a fancy cafeteria. We like the grit and the energy of this neighborhood. It keeps us moving.
