Retail Space Consultants Llp

Our office for Retail Space Consultants Llp is tucked away in Santacruz East, right near the Air India Colony. It’s located in Arvind Nagar, specifically at 5/7 on the Kurla Kalina Road. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't familiar with the backstreets, and the traffic around Kalina can be a real headache in the evenings. The building isn't very tall, and we are surrounded by residential blocks and small shops. It feels very much like a neighborhood spot rather than a corporate hub. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. The light in the office is okay during the day, though we usually keep the tube lights on anyway. People often get lost trying to find us the first time because the numbering on the road is a bit haphazard. We usually tell them to look for the colony gate first. It’s a small team here, so it never feels too crowded, even with all the folders and samples lying around. There is a small tea stall just outside where we usually go for a break. It’s just a basic, functional space where we spend our hours looking at floor plans and making phone calls. No bells or whistles, just us working in a corner of Santacruz. The ceiling fan clicks a bit on high speed, but we don't mind it.
