Reliva Physiotherapy & Rehab

Reliva Physiotherapy & Rehab is located at C/2 in Mahavir Dham. We are right in Saibaba Nagar, Borivali West, specifically across from the Municipal Garden. It’s a good spot because the garden gives a bit of a nice view, even if we are mostly busy inside. The clinic is set up with different areas for exercises and treatments. It’s not a huge hospital, just a local place where people come when they have a bad back or a knee that won't stop hurting. We have some basic equipment like mats, balls, and the usual therapy tools. The atmosphere is generally quiet because we want people to focus on their recovery. We spend our days helping people move a bit better and showing them exercises they can do at home. There’s a small waiting area with some old magazines and chairs. Sometimes it gets a bit busy and the schedule gets backed up, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve been in Mahavir Dham for a while and many of the people who come in live just a few blocks away. It’s a simple, functional space. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished lobby. It’s just about the work we do with our hands and the machines to help people feel a bit better. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find once they see the garden. We have a small cupboard for the clean towels and the oils.
