Our place is located at 13/27, Swapnil, in Kanti Nagar, right near the J.B. Nagar area. Reliable Insulation Bricks & Refractories is a bit of a long name, so people usually just call us for their brick needs. It’s a dusty kind of business, to be honest. When you work with refractories and insulation materials, you just accept that your clothes won’t stay clean for long. The warehouse at Swapnil is filled with stacks of bricks of all different shapes and sizes. It’s heavy work and it can get quite hot in the summer, but we’re used to it. We don't have a fancy showroom with air conditioning. We just have the stock and a desk where we handle the orders. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or loading up trucks. J.B. Nagar is a good location, though the traffic on the main road can be a real pain in the afternoons. Sometimes a shipment comes in late and we have to stay past dark to get everything put away. We aren't big on fancy titles or polished presentations. We just know our materials and what they’re used for. If someone asks for a specific type of heat-resistant brick, we can usually find it in the pile pretty quick. We’ve been here for years and the walls show it, but it’s a solid place to work. We just keep things simple and honest, without any of that corporate talk you hear elsewhere.
