Regency Ceramics Ltd

In the middle of Mumbai’s Goregaon West, you’ll find us at Bhanumati Society in Bangur Nagar. Regency Ceramics Ltd is located at M 6/2, and it’s a busy little place. Mumbai is always moving fast, and things are no different here. We have a lot of local residents coming in because they are fixing up their flats or maybe doing some work for a landlord. The space we have is quite small, so we have to be very organized with how we stack our ceramics. It gets a bit tight when we get a new shipment in, and we are all moving boxes around to make room. We don't have any corporate branding or a polished look. It feels more like a local corner shop where you can just come in and chat about what you need. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to track down a specific tile pattern for a customer. The monsoon season is always a bit of a struggle because of the damp, but we just keep the shop running as best as we can. We don’t use any big marketing talk. We just show people what we have in the racks. It’s a very practical, everyday kind of business. We’ve been in Goregaon for a while and we just like being part of the neighborhood.
