We started Rayata Partners LLP over here in Chinchbunder. Our space is in Oswal Niwas No.3 on 1st Flank Road. It’s an old neighborhood, busy all the time with people moving goods and walking around the narrow lanes. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. Most days it’s just us sitting in the office on the first floor getting through the daily tasks. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular spot where we handle our partnership work. Sometimes the noise from the street gets loud, especially in the afternoons. We know the local chai guy and the neighbors pretty well. Being in Mumbai 400009 keeps us right in the middle of the city's old trade area. It’s practical for us. We don't have a big team of people in suits. It is mostly about keeping the paperwork straight and making sure everything runs okay. If you walk past the building, you might miss the sign because it’s a bit small. We just focus on the work we have to do. The traffic on 1st Flank Road can be a headache, but we’re used to it. That’s just how life is here. We keep our hours regular. Nothing too complicated goes on, just the usual business operations. We like the area because it feels real and grounded. It is just a place to do work and we like it that way.
