Rakhangi Clinic

We are right here at 3 Samundar Mahal, just across from Nagori Nursing Home. Most people know this stretch of M A Road because it is always moving. Mumbai Central can be a bit loud, especially in the afternoons when the traffic gets heavy. The clinic isn't huge, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time just keeping things tidy and waiting for whoever walks through the door next. Sometimes a bit of a breeze reaches us, but mostly it is just the city sounds. The building itself has some history, you can see it in the walls. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. It is a simple setup. Nothing too fancy. We see folks from all over the neighborhood, some just stopping by because they were passing the nursing home and saw our sign. It gets hot in the summers, so we keep the fans going. It is a regular place. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. If you are coming from the station, it is an easy walk once you get onto the main road. We don't have a big reception area, just a desk and some old files. People usually come in with their families. We just try to help out with whatever is bothering them that day. It is a living. We like being part of the Mumbai Central daily grind.
