Raju Sandwich

Raju Sandwich is over in the Fort Mitha Nagar area of Kondhwa 22. We aren’t a fancy restaurant with waiters or big menus. We are just a local spot where we make sandwiches all day long. The morning starts with us getting the bread and chopping up all the vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions. There is a lot of prep work that goes on before we even open the window to customers. We have a small grill and a toaster that stays hot for most of the day. It gets pretty warm in our little space, especially when the sun is hitting the street. Fort Mitha Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and being in Kondhwa 22 means there is always someone walking by. We see students, office workers, and families all the time. We don't do anything complicated. We just put the ingredients together and hand them over. Sometimes the line gets a bit long and people have to wait on the pavement, but most folks don't seem to mind. Our hands are usually busy from the moment we start until we close up at night. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on making the sandwiches the way people like them. It’s hard work, and we’re tired by the end of it, but it’s what we do here in Kondhwa. If you’re around, you’ll see our little stall easily. We just keep serving until the bread runs out for the day.
