We are located on the New Link Road in Malad West. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Malad can get, especially around the Link Road. Our polyclinic is right in the thick of it. It’s a place where several different things happen under one roof. We have different doctors coming in at different times, so the waiting room usually has a mix of people waiting for different reasons. It’s not a quiet place, but then again, Malad West isn't a quiet neighborhood. We started this place to give people a central spot to get their tests and checkups done without having to travel across the city. The traffic outside can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we stay open late to accommodate people coming home from work. Inside, it’s all about efficiency. We have the cubicles for consultations and a small area for administrative stuff. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when it’s raining outside and everyone crowds in, but we make it work. The staff is used to the pace. We don’t have any fancy decor or expensive furniture. It’s a practical space meant for getting medical work done. We see a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years for their routine blood work or general health advice. We just keep things moving and try to help as many people as possible every day. Life here is fast, but we try to keep our focus on the person sitting in front of us.
