Rajeev Kirtikumar Desai

I've been here at Adinada Tower in Borivali East for quite some time now. This is my space on the 3rd floor, right in Saibaba Nagar. Most people know the area because it’s so close to Nancy Colony. It’s just me, Rajeev Kirtikumar Desai, running things from here. It isn't a huge office or anything flashy. Usually, it's just a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. I try to keep things simple. If you're coming over, the lift is usually working, but sometimes it’s quicker to just walk up since it’s only the third floor. Saibaba Nagar is a busy spot, especially in the mornings. There’s a lot of noise from the street, but once you get inside A/303, it’s a bit quieter. I started this because I wanted something of my own in this part of town. It’s a good location for getting around. My name is on the door, so you can’t miss it. I don’t have a big team or fancy brochures. I just do the work that needs doing every single day. Sometimes the traffic near Nancy Colony is a mess, so I tell everyone to leave early if they have an appointment. Living and working in Borivali East has its ups and downs, but it’s home. There's a small tea stall nearby that I visit most afternoons when I need a break. It's just a regular life here, nothing more. I like the neighborhood and the people around here too.
