We are located in Office No.12A at Narayana Plaza. It’s on Chandivali Farm Road in Andheri East, which is a busy area to get to during rush hour. Raj Italia Stone isn't a giant warehouse; it's more of a place where we sit down with people and look at samples. Most of our work involves sourcing specific types of stone for projects around the city. I’ve been in this trade for a while and I know that choosing stone can be a bit of a headache for some people. We try to make it a bit simpler by showing what’s available without making a big fuss. The office is small but it gets the job done. Sometimes we are out visiting sites or checking on deliveries, so the phone is usually the best way to catch us. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and making sure the stone gets from the supplier to the client's site on time. Logistics in Andheri can be a nightmare with the traffic, so we spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating trucks. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. It's a small operation.
