Raj Interior

Being located at B 19 16 Best Nagar Ii in Goregaon West means we are right in the middle of everything. Saibaba Nagar is always buzzing and 90 Feet Road is a constant stream of traffic. Our office for Raj Interior is a small place but it serves us well. We keep our catalogs and a few stools for people to sit on when they come by. There is no air conditioning that works all the time so we keep the fan going and the door open. We spend our mornings checking on sites and our afternoons back here at the desk. It is a lot of measuring and re-measuring because you can't trust an old wall to be straight. We have seen how Mumbai apartments are getting smaller and we try to find ways to fit everything in. It is not glamorous work by any means. There is a lot of dust and noise and dealing with different contractors who have their own way of doing things. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary complications. Most of our day is spent making sure the plywood is good and the finish is what it should be. We have been part of this community for a while and we know the people around here. It feels good to see a project finished even if we are exhausted by the end of it and just want to go home to sleep. This city never stops and neither do we.
