Rainbow Prathashree Clinic

Our clinic is located in G 3 of the Parleshwar Apartment building, which is part of the Paranjpe Scheme on Road No 1 in Vile Parle East. Since we are inside an apartment complex, it feels much more like a local neighborhood clinic than a big hospital. You walk through the main gate of the scheme and we are right there on the ground floor. It is a convenient spot for the people who live in Vile Parle East because they can just walk over from their homes. The space inside is not very big, so we have to stay quite organized to make sure everyone fits comfortably. We have a small desk at the entrance where we check people in. The doctors have their consultation rooms just off the main waiting area. It is a quiet street mostly, though you get the usual sounds of the neighborhood like kids playing or people coming home from work. We do not have a big marketing budget or flashy advertisements. Most of our patients come to us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We try to keep things relaxed and friendly. Sometimes the waiting room gets full and people chat with each other while they wait for their names to be called. It is a simple, honest setup where we focus on the people who come to see us. It feels like being part of the local community here.
