Rainbow Enterprises

You can find us at Shop Noa 105, over in Saibaba Nagar in Dharavi. It is a busy part of the city, and our little space at Rainbow Enterprises is right in the middle of it all. The shop isn't very big, but we pack a lot into it. There is always someone coming or going, and the streets outside are never quiet. We have been here for a good while, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It is a lot of hard work keeping things running in such a crowded spot, but we are used to it. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the heat gets to be a bit much, but that is just life in Dharavi. We know our customers by name, and they know us. We don't do any big marketing; we just rely on people walking by or hearing about us from a friend. It is a simple way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. We spend most of our time organizing stock and talking to people who drop in. It gets dusty and loud, but it is our spot. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make a living like everyone else around here. We see the same people every morning when we open the shutters.
