Our clinic is located at 47-d-11 in the Mhada colony area. If you know Andheri, you probably know where 4 Bunglows is. We are pretty close to the telephone exchange, which makes it easier for people to explain where they’re going. The Mhada buildings all look kind of similar, so we have a sign out so people don’t walk past us. It’s a very local neighborhood feel around here. You see the same people walking their dogs or going to get groceries every morning. The clinic itself is small and functional. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a coffee machine in the corner. There are just a few chairs for waiting and the equipment we use for the dental work. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because the walls aren't that thick and you can hear the kids playing outside or the traffic from the main road. Andheri is always moving, and we are right in the middle of that energy. We have a few staff members who have been here a long time. We know a lot of the families around 4 Bunglows because they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s not a corporate chain or anything like that. It’s just Puneet Dental Clinic & Implant Center, a local spot in a busy part of Mumbai. We keep things simple and try to stay organized, even when the schedule gets a little messy with walk-ins or people running late because of the Andheri traffic.
