We operate out of SAI Kripa Hospital, which is located near the SAI Baba Temple on Rani Sati Road in Malad East. It’s a very busy part of Malad, especially with the temple nearby drawing crowds. Our clinic is just one part of the larger hospital building. When you come in, you’ll see the usual hospital bustle. We have a dedicated space for psychiatry and mental health. The rooms are simple and functional. We don't believe in over-decorating; we just want a clean space where people can talk. The traffic on Rani Sati Road can be quite something, so you might hear the honking of cars while you are here. But we’ve gotten used to it over time. The staff at the front desk helps people find their way to our section. We see a lot of different people every day, from young students to older folks who have lived in Malad East their whole lives. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep our own schedules and try to see everyone who has an appointment. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit messy, but the clinic stays dry and quiet enough for our work. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a clinic inside a local hospital. We’re here for the people in the neighborhood who need a place to go for their mental health concerns. It’s just a regular part of the local landscape here.
