Our office for PROPRIETY CONSULTANTS LLP is up on the third floor of Shikhar Kunj CHS Ltd. We are in the A Wing, specifically room 302. If you are looking for us in Malad East, the best way to find the building is to look for the Sai Mandir. We are right above it in Uppar Govind Nagar. It’s a decent spot to work from. We’ve been here for some time now and the building has a lot of other residents and small businesses too. It’s a typical Mumbai cooperative housing society setup. The area is usually quite busy because of the temple downstairs, so there's always a bit of a crowd around. Inside the office, it’s just a regular workspace with the usual desks and chairs. We don’t go in for anything too flashy. PROPRIETY CONSULTANTS LLP is basically just a group of us working on various projects. We like being in this part of Malad because it’s easy to get to. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a while, so we just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a very normal, local way of doing things. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just come in, get our work done for the clients, and that’s about it. It’s a quiet enough place once you’re inside the wing and away from the street noise. We just stay focused on the day's tasks.
