Pravin Katvi & Associates can be found over at number 26 on Jss Road in the Girgaum area. It’s also near the Solapur Road stretch. Girgaum is one of those old-school parts of town where the buildings have a lot of history. Our office is in one of those older structures at number 26. The walls are thick and the ceilings are high, which helps keep things a bit cooler during the summer months. It’s a straightforward setup inside. We have our desks, some old wooden cabinets for the files, and a few chairs for when people stop by. Jss Road is always packed with traffic, so it can be a bit loud outside, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be some big, flashy firm with glass walls. We just do our work and keep things simple. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or work by the windows. There is a lot of heritage in this neighborhood, and you can see it in the way the streets are laid out. We like being part of this local community. Number 26 is just a small part of that. We show up every morning, do what needs to be done, and that’s about it. It’s a practical, honest place to spend the workday, right here in the middle of Girgaum where the atmosphere is always lively.
