So, we are Pratham Management Solution Pvt Ltd and we operate out of Kandivali in Mumbai. It’s a pretty standard setup we have here. Nothing too flashy, just an office where we get through the daily pile of work. Living and working in Mumbai means things move fast, but we try to keep our corner of Kandivali a bit more manageable. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting around the desks, sorting through whatever needs sorting. We don’t have any of those big slogans or mission statements you see in the big towers downtown. We’re just regular people trying to provide a decent service without making a big fuss about it. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how the traffic can get, so we mostly stay put and focus on what’s in front of us. Some days are busier than others, especially when the deadlines start creeping up. But we just take it as it comes. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local chai stall guys by name. It’s that kind of environment. We don’t really see the point in sounding more important than we are. We just do the work, answer the emails, and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We keep the paperwork organized and try to stay ahead of the game, but we don't pretend to be something we aren't.
