Prassana Clinic

This clinic is located in building number 14/15 of the Neelkan complex in Mulund West. We are tucked away near Dalal Street and Vardhaman Nagar, which is a fairly nice part of the neighborhood to be in. The building is one of those large residential and commercial blocks where everyone seems to know everyone else. Our space is not very big, just enough for a couple of rooms and a small front desk where we keep all the records and files. We have some potted plants near the entrance that we try to keep alive, though the Mumbai heat makes it difficult. The clinic has a very local feel to it. Most of the people who come in live just a few minutes away in the nearby buildings. It is usually quietest around mid-afternoon, which is when we catch up on all the paperwork or have a quick cup of tea. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor has some scuff marks, but it’s a practical environment for what we do. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or a fancy waiting room with a television. It is just a place to come when you need to see someone. We like the pace of life here in Mulund and plan on staying in this same spot for the foreseeable future. It’s a reliable, everyday kind of place for the local community, and we like it that way.
