Prashant S Shivnekar

I am Prashant S Shivnekar and I run my business out of the ITC Building in Parel, specifically at 8/594. Parel is a place that never really stops moving, and being in the ITC Building puts me right in the middle of it all. This isn't a big corporate office with carpets and fancy lights. It is a working space where things actually happen. I spend most of my time here dealing with whatever comes up during the day. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so I end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps me active, I suppose. The room is filled with papers and samples, and it might look a bit messy to an outsider, but I know where everything is. I have been working in Parel for a long time and I’ve seen the buildings change, but the work stays the same. It is just me here most of the time. I handle my own calls and do my own filing. There are no receptionists or assistants. I like the independence of it. When the day is over, I lock up and head home like everyone else in the building. It is a simple life and the ITC Building has been a good home for my work. People know they can find me here if they need something. I don’t need anything more than this small spot.
