Prashant Ipte

I’ve lived in Yerwada for a long time, and Mukund Niwas is where I set things up. People around Vile Parle Ramanagar know me by name. It’s a small place, nothing fancy at all. Most days start early here. I handle things myself or with a bit of help from family now and then. It’s quiet usually, except when the neighbors drop by to talk. Dealing with the daily work keeps me busy enough. I don't have a big team. Just some basic tools and a desk that has seen better days. The building is old but it stays cool in the summer heat. Sometimes the power goes out, but that's just how things are around here. I’ve been at 11 Vile Parle for years now. People come in when they need something done or have a question. I try to be around most afternoons. If I'm not there, I'm probably out running an errand or grabbing tea from the stall down the road. It's a simple setup. I don't see the point in making it look like a corporate office. It's just Prashant Ipte, doing what needs to get done. The street gets a bit crowded during the local festivals. You can find the place easily once you get into Ramanagar. It is tucked away a bit behind the main path. I’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. My spot is one of the ones that stays the same. Just a regular workplace for regular days.
