Pragatee Foundation

Pragatee Foundation is located in Ghatkopar West. Our head office is Office Number 101 on the first floor of the Jeeva building. It’s a busy part of town and there is always something going on downstairs. The office isn’t huge, but we make the most of the space we have. We have several desks pushed together and shelves full of folders and various supplies. People often come by to talk to us or ask for help with different things. We don’t have a fancy waiting room, so people just pull up a chair wherever there is space. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is here. We spend a lot of our time dealing with paperwork or making phone calls to get things organized. There is usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We try to keep things running smoothly, though sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of visitors. Being on the first floor is good because it’s easy for people to find us without having to use the elevator. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know the other tenants pretty well. It’s a practical place to work from and it puts us right in the middle of the community. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just try to handle the daily tasks that come our way.
