Pradip Panchal

I’m Pradip Panchal and I’ve been working out of Sahakar Apartment for a while now. If you know the S V Road area, we’re right by the railway over bridge. It’s a busy spot, but it works for what I do. I started this because I wanted to handle things my way, without a big boss breathing down my neck. Most days it’s just me keeping track of everything. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the job done. Sometimes the noise from the bridge gets a bit loud when the trains go by, but you get used to it after a week or so. I’ve lived in this part of town for years, so setting up at C-412 felt like the right move. I don't really have a big team or anything, just a few tools and a desk. People usually find me through word of mouth or if they happen to live in the building. I try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up more than I’d like. It’s hard work running your own name, but it’s honest. I’m usually here from morning until late evening, just finishing up whatever needs doing. If the door is open, I’m probably inside. It's not a corporate setup, just a regular local spot where I spend most of my time. I don't have a fancy website or a marketing person, so it’s just me talking to whoever walks in.
