Kaizen Engineering Systems Pvt Ltd is located in unit 4/304 at the Ashirwad Industrial Est in Goregaon West. We have been working out of this space for quite a while now. It’s a typical industrial setup with a lot of metal, tools, and the sound of machinery. We aren't the kind of company that has a shiny lobby or a lot of people in suits. Most of us are in work clothes because engineering is messy business. We spend our days designing and putting together systems that other businesses need. Goregaon West is a busy hub, and being in the industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and warehouses. Sometimes the loading docks get blocked and we have to wait to move our crates. We deal with a lot of technical drawings and heavy components. It takes a lot of patience to get everything lined up just right. We have a small team of people who actually know how to use the machines and fix things when they go wrong. It’s not always easy work, and the heat in the workshop can be intense during the summer months. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure the parts we produce are solid. People come to us when they have a problem that needs a practical solution. We’re usually here from early morning getting things ready.
