Pradeep Laad

Pradeep Laad is the name, and I am based over in Andheri. Specifically, you can find me at Munna Compound on Kherani Road, unit 41502. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know it is mostly industrial and very busy all the time. The compound is always full of trucks and workers moving things around in the heat. My office is right in the thick of it. It gets quite dusty and loud with all the machinery nearby, but that is just part of being in Kherani Road. I have been in this spot for several years now. It is a practical space for what I do. I have a few old chairs for visitors and a desk that is usually covered in notes and folders. It is not the most organized place in the world, but I know where everything is. I usually work long hours because there is always something that needs finishing before the day ends. I do not have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. I just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is handled correctly for the people who come here. Sometimes I stay late and watch the lights of the city while the compound finally gets quiet. It is hard work but it is what I do. Being in Munna Compound means being part of a very hardworking group of people. I like that part of my life and the people I meet around here.
